Private beta · Unity today

Describe a game.
Ship it anywhere.

Quodlin turns a sentence into a working game — systems, scripts, interface and monetization — then builds it for the engine you actually publish on.

What gets built

The nine-tenths nobody sees

Every game needs the same machinery underneath the fun part. It is the reason most ideas die in a folder. Quodlin writes it, then proves it runs.

Game loop
States, win and lose conditions, reset.
Save & progression
Persistence that survives a crash, with schema migration.
Netcode
Authoritative server, validation on anything a client claims.
Input
Keyboard, gamepad and touch, mapped once and rebindable.
Interface
Menus, HUD, settings and store, readable at any aspect ratio.
Monetization
Storefront and receipts, verified against the platform.
Balance
Economy curves and difficulty pacing, from your loop.
Telemetry
Funnels and drop-off, instrumented from the first build.
How it works

Idea to playable, in five

01
Describe

One or two sentences. Genre, hook, feel. You don't need to know which engine yet.

02
Plan

The loop, economy and win condition, written out before any code exists. Editable while it's still cheap to change.

03
Build

Scenes, systems, scripts and interface, organised the way a person would organise them.

04
Verify

Every build compiles and runs before you see it. Generated code that was never executed is a guess, not a game.

05
Ship

Open it in your own editor or publish it. Your project, your account, no revenue share.

Targets

Pick the engine at the end

The design is written once. Only the build changes.

Unity

C#, URP, compiled and play-tested against your installed editor.

Available now
Roblox

Luau and Rojo structure, published to your account.

In development
Web

A TypeScript build that runs in a browser with no install.

In development
Godot

GDScript is on the list. Tell us if it's the one you'd use.

What we won't tell you

Anything that generates games attracts a certain kind of promise. Here is the version without one.

Most games make no money. That's true on every platform, and true of games built by people. The market is a power law and always has been.

Quodlin doesn't change those odds. It changes how many ideas you can test, and how little each attempt costs.

It gets you a working game, not a finished one. Taste, iteration and art direction are still yours.

AI-written code needs review before it carries anything that matters. We compile it, run it and test it. We don't pretend that's the same as understanding it.

Your project, your accounts, your revenue. Export everything at any time.

Build the one you keep talking about

The Unity build is available today. Leave your email and we'll tell you when it gets meaningfully better — and nothing else.
